With “Eibel & Cakıroglu Pencere ve Kapı Sistemleri Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Sirketi” titled international partnership, which has been established in 1997 and continued till 2006, the group has acted as a leader in the industry for the presentation of PVC Window industry to the consumer in European Standards.
Cakıroğlu Group has collected all its companies in its factories and plants located on 25.000m2 land in Orhanlı Village and it continues to make contributions in Turkish economy through its 250 personnel as proximate.

PHILOSOPHY OF COMPANY
It is obvious that almost everyone and each entity has its own target, point of view and a model of perceiving and interpreting the world in the daily life. This point of view, perception and interpretation model changes from person to person, from entity to entity, even from country to country. For example, a person or an entity can perceive the life, data, the effort as a salt richness and power. However, since the power and ability to be obtained will be proportional to the limits, even it seems like for the benefit of the public in practice, they will be sentenced to be limited with their own name and power in the universal meaning. Whilst the most simple and pragmatic logic of the issue requires this, on the other hand, there is a more communal land that we are responsible as an individual or an entity. This land is an universal and humane responsibility and duty land in establishing and protecting a world where we can establish individual to communal relations, “state” that provides us to be and live in a country and live “together in peace”. And responsibility requires the fulfillment of duty in everywhere and every field. As a Company Group, the limits of our responsibility is not being a salt personal richness and power owner, it is proportional to provide benefit for our community and catch the ideal of making our country and state strong.
As a matter of fact, the history showed us that high communal wealth level of strong states is dependent on the causative, not passive, characteristic of the international socio-economic relations. The foreign investment or multinational capital that is developing as dependent to, with today’s famous expression, “globalization” can be transferred from here to any other place due to the nature of the statelessness.  The presence of the unique fact in this way regardless from considering the issue with ulterior motives is a natural result of global capital. At this point, one of the most important power focuses that can support a nation, a community is the “national (local) capital and companies”. We, as Cakıroğlu Group, are not against the foreign capital that is not colonist. According to us, the foreign capital that brings new technology and contributing in the employment can be useful for the economical development. The progressive withdrawal of the state from the economic life, the inadequate situation of Turkish private sector capital accumulation for great investments necessitates the foreign capital in some areas. The improvement of globalization mutually, not unilaterally, cannot be reasonably accepted. We accept the ones, who sees each foreigner as enemy with a logic that permits the utilization of foreign capital against the national benefits of our country, as groups of Turkey who are unaware of the modern developments and introverted. As Turkish people are open to world, the gates of Turkey should also be open to the foreigners who only come for trade.
For that reason we say;
As Group of Companies, although we always targeted to be a leader, we have organized our working hours through trusting on the accuracy of our projects, the experience of our personnel and the power of our local capital.
As we continued the investments although the chronic crisis in our country, we have trusted on our country and people. As we have mentioned above, in each work and each attempt, we always considered the trade, not as a personal tangible profit and power, but as the independency of our country’s economy, the establishment of peace and the improvement of the cultural life. 
On the basis of the works we performed and will perform, there is the ideal to enable ourselves and our personnel to keep the benefits of the company over everything without giving compensation from the traditions and values that we have taken as principle. This ideal is the path of Atatürk who, following the national independence war, foresaw the independent and national life style involving the whole country, the economy and trade, education and cultural politics and history. Carrying this state and country, which is a heritage from our Fathers, beyond the centuries in terms of economy as well as culture and education is the first duty of our responsibility.
On this path, which we initially started with “country comes first” belief, we are consistent to continue working with our friends and esteemed customers hand by hand, heart by heart.
